Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By using the WRW site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. WRW Message Board Responsibility
By registering as a member on the WRW Message Board, you warrant that you are using this site solely for your individual use, and you will not authorize others to use your account, profile, or messages. You are solely responsible for the content published on your profile or in your messages, and for your interactions with other members. You agree to bear all risk associated with content you or others provide using your account. You agree to inform WRW right away about anyone besides you using your account, or any security breach that relates to the WRW services.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to keep account information confidential. You understand and agree that WRW has no obligation to prescreen, manage, or edit content made available through the service.

3. Monitoring and Disclosure
WRW may monitor your communications, including private messages, and may disclose content and information about you, including contents of communications, if we deem it reasonably necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or respond to legal process; (2) ensure your compliance with these Terms of Use; or (3) protect the rights, property, personal safety or interests of WRW, its employees, its members, or the public.

4. Code of Conduct: WRW Message Boards
You agree not to use WRW services in a way that is against the law or harms WRW, our members, partners, affiliates, service providers, partners or suppliers. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that WRW has the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, WRW shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

You agree to comply with the Code of Conduct and other notices we provide. Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of access or deletion of content without notice. WRW reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or block access to the service in whole or part at any time.

By using the WRW Message Board, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct:

a. Conduct and Content
While using or accessing the WRW Message Board, you agree to practice good etiquette and courtesy and you agree NOT to:

(i) post on any forum any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person's privacy, violates any intellectual or other property rights, or that would otherwise violate the law.

(ii) post material that solicits funds, or that advertises or solicits goods or services or makes promotional offers including, but not limited to contests, sweepstakes, barter, junk mail, spam, chain letters, and pyramid schemes;

(iii) invade privacy by attempting to collect, store, or publish private or personally identifiable information, including but not limited to password, account information, credit card number, address, or other contact information;

(iv) modify or falsify the source of any content or information, impersonate another individual, WRW representative, or moderator, or falsely state or misrepresent affiliation with a person or entity;

(v) disrupt, harm or inappropriately access any computer, network, server or telecommunication system or violate related security or operational procedures, policies or regulations;

(vi) flood, overload, or mail bomb any mail service or transmit or transfer any harmful or disruptive viruses, worms, computer code, files, or programs;

(vii) use the WRW Message Board to obtain personally identifiable information or to solicit, or sell to any member inappropriately;

(viii) include or create links or otherwise refer to external sites that violate these restrictions;


b. Spam Is Prohibited
You will not use the WRW Message Board to transmit, either directly or indirectly, or facilitate the transmission of any unsolicited bulk or commercial email ("Spam"). We may use filtering technology or other measures to stop incoming Spam. This filtering technology may block some email sent to you through the Service.

c. Violation
While WRW retains the right to cancel or suspend your membership at any time without cause or notice, we consider the following to be a reasonable basis for termination: suspected violations of the Code of Conduct, these Terms of Use, or other guidelines; extended periods of inactivity; fraudulent or illegal activities; age misrepresentation.


5. Changes to these Terms of Use
If WRW changes these Terms of Use, we will tell you of the change by email or online posting. If you do not agree with the changed Terms of Use, then you must stop using the service. You agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing the terms of this Terms of Use from time to time.

6. Links
These Terms of Use apply only to WRW sites, and not to the sites of any other companies or organizations to which WRW may provide links. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, advertising, products, privacy policies, or terms of use on any other site. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of, or reliance on, any content, goods or services available on any other site. You should direct any concerns to that site's administrator or webmaster.

7. These Terms of Use are Enforceable
You understand and agree that these Terms of Use and any notices given pursuant to this agreement are enforceable in electronic format. These Terms of Use constitute the complete agreement and supersede all prior agreements between you and WRW. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. All disputes related to or arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; to which jurisdiction and venue you and WRW each irrevocably consent. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. WRW's or your failure to act with respect to a breach does not waive WRW's or your right to act subsequently. You will not assign or transfer your rights and obligations under this agreement. WRW will have the right to assign this agreement and rights and delegate its duties in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of substantially all of its assets. This agreement will bind successors and permitted assigns.

8. Notices
Any notice from you to WRW must be addressed to info@womenruntheworld.com or Women Run The World, LLC, P.O. Box 2375, Philadelphia, PA 19103. This agreement is in electronic form. There may be other information regarding the service that the law requires us to send you. You consent to WRW sending you this information in electronic form. You have the right to withdraw this consent by notice to us, but if you do, you must stop using this Service. We may provide required information to you by email at your registered address. Notices provided to you via email will be deemed given and received on the transmission date.

9. Notices
Except for infringement notice as set forth in Section 12, any notice from you to WRW must be addressed to info@womenruntheworld.com or Women Run The World.Com, P.O. Box 2375, Philadelphia, PA 19103. This agreement is in electronic form. There may be other information regarding the service that the law requires us to send you. You consent to WRW sending you this information in electronic form. You have the right to withdraw this consent by notice to us, but if you do, you must stop using this Service. We may provide required information to you by email at the your registered address or by access to www.womenruntheworld.com or another website designated in an email notice or generally designated in advance for this purpose. Notices provided to you via email will be deemed given and received on the transmission date.

10. WRW is Not Responsible for Negligence or Intentional Conduct by WRW User or Third Parties
WRW is not responsible for any negligence or intentional conduct by WRW users or by third parties that may occur as a result of meetings or connections made through this site. WRW does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any services or products offered on the site. We are not a party to, and do not monitor, any transactions between members, or between members and third parties.

Neither WRW nor any of our respective licensors, partners, sponsors, or suppliers warrant that any functions contained in the sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the sites or the server that makes them available are free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will we or any of our licensors or suppliers be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the services or materials on the site, or any products or services provided pursuant to the sites, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost data, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall the total liability to you by WRW or any of our licensors, partners, sponsors, or suppliers for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, for accessing the sites.
